WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at Tamarack Park & Marina in Severn, ON. (1941 Tamarack Ln, Coldwater/Severn, ON L0K 1E0)
We will meet by the gas dock before your scheduled trip.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Depending on where you are coming from, if you type in our address into Google/Apple Maps, it will take you right to us. We are located just off of Upper Big Chute Road right near a large cell phone tower. Once you turn onto Tamarack Ln, keep going straight all the way until you see a parking lot and a boat launch. If you're coming from the south via Upper Big Chute Road, the entrance is on your right and there is a blue sign that says Tamarack Park & Marina. It is easy to miss so if you find yourself in Severn Falls, you have gone too far.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes. There is plenty of car parking if needed. As we are located at a marina/park, there is a small fee of $10 to park for the day.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
All we ask you to do is bring your swimsuit, towel, and get ready to have a good time. We also recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses/hat, and if you have any boards you want to use feel free to bring those as well. Otherwise, we supply all the equipment necessary.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
If there are poor weather conditions such as thunder and lightening, the trip will be rescheduled to another date or refunded. All refunds and weather decisions are at the discretion of our drivers and instructors.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
We recommend booking as far out as possible. Due to limited availability, we do get very busy especially during holiday weekends and popular summer days. With that being said, we are sometimes able to accommodate last minute reservations so if you are interested it is best to give us a call.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO WAKEBOARD?
There is no set age requirement to wakeboard or wakesurf. We have instructed riders between the ages of 4-65, but it depends on the person. Riders should be able to float in the water alone. If needed, our instructors can assist in the water as well.
WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Depending on availability, we are happy to travel to you. A travel fee does apply depending on how far away the destination is. We bring our boat, instructors, and gear.
